Each order is carefully prepared and shipped with intention to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may require an additional 5–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS using standard shipping methods.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Total Elegance Candle Company first so we can assist you promptly.

We will handle all claims directly with the shipping carrier on your behalf to ensure a smooth resolution.


To Report Damage

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item(s)
    • Inner packaging
    • Outer shipping box

Please retain all packaging materials until your claim has been resolved, as they may be required for verification.

To protect your claim eligibility:

  • Do not discard packaging or damaged items before contacting us
  • Do not file claims directly with USPS or UPS
  • Do not release items or packaging to third parties without our guidance

Failure to follow these steps may affect the outcome of your claim.
