Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. However, we will gladly assist with defective or damaged items.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a defective product.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in its original packaging

Shipping Responsibility
